Fall 2025 Registration Info

Registration Process

• On a computer, complete the two page fillable document below and save as a pdf (or print the form directly, fillout by hand, then scan.)
• You may email your forms to etudesclassicalballet@protonmail.com or place a copy in the lock box next to the studio door inside the Middle of Main Building, open 8am - 6pm daily.
• Unsigned forms will be available to sign in person on the first day of classes.

Payment

Checks or cash payments may be put into the lock box or you may pay online with Zelle (etudesclassicalballet@protonmail.com). Checks should be made payable to Susan Schwartz.
Gift certificates are available!
